Gospel Family Ministries exists to strengthen family ministry in the local church and to cultivate family worship in the home. Our ministry seeks to equip families with a biblical vision of family ministry, a biblical passion for family ministry, and biblical resources for family ministry.
Our passion is to equip the local church and the home to lead families to Jesus Christ. Gospel Family Ministries is a family-equipping ministry with a heart for both the church family and your family.
We believe the Lord can use Family Ministry and Family Worship to transform the home for his glory. Our hope is to provide biblical resources that will strengthen your biblical worldview and convictions about the family as we seek to encourage the church and the home along the way.
We aim to share God's teachings on family worship, marriage, parenting, spiritual leadership, restoration in the home, family missions, and much more.

OUR TEAM
Dr. Jonathan Williams (EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF GOSPEL FAMILY MINISTRIES)
Dr. Jonathan Williams launched Gospel Family Ministries in 2014 in hopes of encouraging families to bring the Gospel into their homes. A year later, his book, Gospel Family, was published, providing a resource for families and churches who long to see their families walking with Christ. Jonathan enjoys this family-equipping ministry alongside his wife, Jessica, and their three children, Gracie, Silas & Elijah. With a heart for families and the church, Jonathan previously served for ten years as the senior pastor of Wilcrest Baptist Church, a multi-ethnic church with families from 50 different nations. Jonathan received his PhD in Family Ministry & Biblical Counseling through the School of Education at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary where he now teaches as an Adjunct Professor. Jonathan is also the Managing Editor of the Southwestern D6 Family Ministry Journal. Jonathan’s new book, A Practical Theology of Family Worship, was published in 2021. After serving as a missionary in the Amazon Jungle, Jonathan wrote a Christian novel, Jungle Sunrise, a story of redemption and second chances.
Dr. Chris Harper (Chief Writer, Speaker, & Community Builder of The Institute of Biblical Manhood & Masculinity)
Dr. Chris Harper (“Harp”), leads the men’s division of Gospel Family: The Insitute of Biblical Manhood & Masculinity. Harp is passionate about biblical manhood, and often speaks on topics such as a man’s identity in Christ and the importance of being a gospel-centered husband and father. Harp desires to see generations of men grasp who they are in Christ and come alive! Harp received his Masters degree from Dallas Theological Seminary and his Doctorate from the Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Harp and his wife, Ally, live with their four children - Scarlett, Malachi, Calvin, and Oliver - in Arlington, Texas. In addition to his family, Harp loves a pick-up basketball game, a good cheeseburger, and firmly believes Jordan is better than Lebron.
