Family Devotions for Advent: Good News, Great Joy, All People

 

On the night Jesus was born, an angel of the Lord appeared to shepherds and proclaimed “Good News of Great Joy for All People.” This new Advent devotion allows your family to celebrate the Good News, Great Joy, All People truth as you enjoy family worship together.

There are four weeks and a dozen devotions, along with some other short pieces of truth and encouragement. Each devotion includes Family Time in the Word, Family Teaching, Family Discussion, and Family Prayer.

Dr. Jonathan Williams, Ph.D. (Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary) is the Executive Director of Gospel Family Ministries. He is the author of “A Practical Theology of Family Worship” and “Gospel Family.” Jonathan also teaches as an affiliate professor at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, is the managing editor of the Southwestern D6 Family Ministry Journal, and the Lead Pastor of Wedgwood Baptist Church in Fort Worth, TX.
